Infinity8 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the infinity8 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using the infinity8 platform in any way, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms apply to all infinity8 platform users regardless of how they access it — whether via web browser, mobile app, or any other digital interface we provide. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
This platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Users who provide false information regarding their age or identity may have their accounts closed immediately.
Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities
To access the full range of infinity8 services, all users are required to register an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each individual is permitted to hold only one account. Multiple accounts under the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. infinity8 will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact our support team immediately.
Users are required to provide a valid phone number and email address during registration. This information is used for account verification, transaction notifications, and important account-related communications.
Prohibited Platform Activities
- Accessing another user's account without authorisation.
- Manipulating or cheating the platform's betting, promotion, or bonus systems.
- Using automated software, bots, or other unauthorised methods to access the platform.
- Distributing harmful, misleading, or unlawful content through the platform.
- Attempting to exploit any technical or security vulnerabilities on the platform.
Payments, Deposits, and Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the infinity8 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported deposit methods include local online banking, Malaysian digital wallets such as TNG e-Wallet, and other payment methods available on the platform from time to time.
Infinity8 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals. These limits may vary depending on the payment method selected and the user's VIP tier. All current limits are displayed in the user account section after logging in.
Withdrawal requests are subject to review and processing by our finance team. Processing times may vary depending on the method selected. infinity8 reserves the right to delay or reject any withdrawal request if there is suspicion of fraud, a breach of terms, or if the account is under investigation.
All promotions and bonuses, including the Welcome Bonus, are subject to separate wagering requirements. Bonus amounts cannot be withdrawn directly until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
Liability Limits and Account Suspension Policy
Infinity8 operates the platform with its best efforts to ensure service reliability and stability. However, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption or technical errors. We are not liable for any losses arising from service disruptions, technical delays, or data loss caused by factors beyond our control.
Infinity8's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the date on which the liability claim arises.
Account Suspension and Closure
Infinity8 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or account verification.
- Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
- Attempting to obtain bonuses or promotions fraudulently through multiple accounts.
- Upon request by a competent authority or by court order.
In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, infinity8 reserves the right to hold the account balance while an investigation is conducted. Any legitimate balance will be returned at our discretion once the investigation is concluded.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links, and Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the infinity8 platform — including logos, brand names, interface design, text, graphics, software, and other visual elements — is the exclusive property of infinity8 or its relevant licensors. Users may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written permission from infinity8.
Third-Party Links and Services
The infinity8 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as payment providers and game suppliers. infinity8 is not responsible for the content, policies, or privacy practices of those third parties. Use of third-party services is at the user's own risk and subject to each party's respective terms.
Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
Infinity8 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time at our sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the infinity8 platform shall be resolved through the dispute resolution process prescribed by the relevant authorities in Malaysia.
